UPDATE: Right after I posted this, Ace came home and we decided to cut his hair :( even though his hair is crazy, it made me a little sad... he looks cute though and a little more tame! The before and after shots are at the bottom of the post...

I think we all know and agree that Ty's hair is crazy. It never goes down, and there is a lot of it. Whenever we are out in public we hear giggles as we walk past, and people saying "Did you see that baby's hair!" Many people think that I style his hair this way...I don't. Even if I get it wet and lay it down, as soon as it dries it pops back up, so I gave up a long time ago. We think it fits his personality nicely...

His hair kind of reminds me of the top of a pineapple...

Anyway, that's why it was such a miracle the other day. I gave him a bath, and then put him on the bed. The blanket must have been pushing his hair down because when I picked him up something was different...

That was the longest setting we had, and I think it is too short now! But, I suppose it will grow back... and maybe his receding hairline will fill in a bit as it grows!

We did give him a bit of a trim on Sunday-I just can't bare to cut it all just yet!

Bad Hair Day...?

Ok, anyone that knows Easton knows that since the day he was born his hair has NEVER laid flat! So normally we keep his hair buzzed. Although, a while ago we were a bit curious to see how long his hair would get before laying flat, so we let it grow out. The only time it laid flat was right after he had a bath! And yesterday I just couldn't take it anymore!! So I told Ace it was hopeless to wait for this crazy hair with FOUR calicks to lay flat...well, anyway let's just let the pictures speak for themselves...

At this point, I am thinking (and saying out loud) "This is way too short!!" But, just a bit too late!

(well not really, but his hair is so blonde that it looks that way!)
I should also mention that this was Ace's doing...after it was done he said, "well you wanted it short!"

Easton can't stop looking in the mirror, and this morning while brushing his teeth he said,
"My hair, it's gone!"

Penny's Makeover

We finally got Penny a haircut!! Look at her cute little bow!

After her haircut she was going crazy! I think her hair was bugging her...she climbed inside this pillow and kept rolling around!

Easton Buzzed!

Easton got a new haircut! He is buzzed! He has so many calics that it is the only hair cut he can have!
